Kiss Development Services is a new development agency headed by Steve Jordan-Toll and Bob Barker.
We have over 45 years experience in web and application development at the core of our company.
We have built a network of professional collegues and collaborators over the years, people we trust and who share our ethos. Whether in Web Design, copywriting, SEO, film and animation, or photography, we are happy to pass on their details should you need these services too.
When Steve started working on the web Windows Vista had just come out and the iPhone was the new kid on the block. Throughout a varied career, working for tech companies, digital agencies and as a freelancer, he has learned to be adaptable and flexible. Equally comfortable building from scratch, designing new functionality and modifying an existing project. He has made a career of combining technical knowledge, a problem-solving ability and an understanding of business - and he always enjoys a challenge.
Bob has worked at the intersection of technology and marketing ever since the internet was in black and white. Starting as a full-stack developer for an emerging agency in the late nineties, he has experienced a myriad of technologies, industries and approaches. This has given him a broad understanding of the technical and marketing landscape, including backend integrations to custom platform creation. He's adept at the planning and strategy of technical projects, and also getting his hands dirty in the roots of writing code. He can crack out a very efficient solution to automate your problems away. His greatest assets are his abilities to communicate complex technical procedures in an understandable manner and his across the board problem solving skills. He is completely platform agnostic and will always push to find the right solution to the problem rather than trying to fit the problem to the tools at hand.
